Perfection as Energy Healer

Question re: Perfection as Energy Healer

One of my Facebook members asked a question about  how to “manage” someone lashing out at her that “You are the one that needs healing.”

This is my response. I comment from my own experience up to now and until I may “know” differently and with future growth.

You mention this person “lashed back”. It seems you may have hit a nerve somehow. Is it possible, they may have felt you stepped/ trespassed a boundary with them that they had not requested? As an energy healer, this too is an area of personal and professional growth.

Personally, I feel you gave a wonderful response to the question…”That yes, I am also a work in progress.” That made it no need for someone to “rebuttal” your comment.

I , too, have had the challenge of coming to terms with and overcoming questioning myself about “Who do I think I am acting as an energy healer/intuitive?”

We each have our public side and our private side. We strive to balance and to be as authentic as possible. Once we gain our confidence and can truly intuit boundaries better, we will have less and less “resistance or questioning” from others. So we can only “manage” our internal dialogue. It is not for us to “manage” or control others which often creates frustration/resistance on everyone’s side. Frankly, ultimately impossible and backfires sooner or later.

We might look into the self to see if someone is reflecting our fear of not being perfect enough. We do not need to “defend” our spirit. You said perfectly that we are all a work in progress.

We are merely conduits/channels for energy work, practicing what we have learned and actually courageously willing to share/serve others. We are here to grow like everyone else.

What a relief it is to know – WE DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT OR DEFEND OURSELVES TO SERVE WITH OUR GOD-GIVEN GIFTS AND TALENTS. Blessings, Sage
